Golang Developer – Remote (UK)

As the Golang Developer, you’ll play a key role in building, scaling, and evolving their product.
- Develop and maintain key features that align with their strategic product roadmap.
- Define key engineering and product metrics to ensure impactful solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers within the team.
- Drive best practices and contribute to the technical decision-making process.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of their systems as they grow.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and refine innovative solutions.
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend engineering.
- Proficiency in Golang & PostgreSQL (main language for at least the last 2 years).
- Experience with AWS infrastructure (Terraform is a plus).
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in fast-paced (or start-up) environments.
- A problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and iterative improvements.
