Experience: Over 5 years in front-end or mobile app development, with significant experience in React and React Native, preferably in the fintech or trading industry.

Responsabilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative mobile applications using React and React Native, focusing on performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless development process, from ideation to deployment.
- Design and build efficient, reusable, and scalable front-end solutions that meet user needs and business requirements.
- Take ownership of the mobile app's performance, ensuring fast load times, smooth user interactions, and an intuitive UI/UX.
- Prioritize tasks and manage technical debt while balancing speed, quality, and functionality.
- Tackle complex technical challenges related to mobile applications and their integration with back-end systems, ensuring optimal performance across devices and platforms.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Contribute to the overall technical direction and architecture of the product in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor) to optimize workflows, improve development efficiency, and enhance product capabilities.
Experience: Over 5 years in front-end or mobile app development, with significant experience in React and React Native, preferably in the fintech or trading industry.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in JavaScript, React, React Native, and mobile application development. Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and performance optimization techniques is a plus.
- AI Tools: Experience with AI tools such as Cursor to streamline development processes and improve productivity.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the fintech or derivatives trading space is a significant advantage.
- Product Focus: A user-first mindset and the ability to understand complex business requirements to design and implement high-impact solutions.
- Team Player: Collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
- Tools/Technologies: Familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, and version control systems. Knowledge of AWS or similar cloud platforms is a plus.
