Role: 2nd Line IT Support Engineer Area: Fully Remote (Ideally West Kent or East Sussex) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

My clients are an IT & Telecom provider who are on the lookout for an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer for their growing team.
The role is fully remote with occasional visits to clients sights, dealing with both 1st and 2nd Line requests for their clients.
Personality is key. We are looking for someone who has the right attitude, a thirst for technology and someone who is driven to succeed.

Skillset: ** Windows Server - up to 2022 ** Active Directory/Entra ** Office 365 ** DNS/DHCP ** Networking/Firewalls/Routers and Switches
Desirable: ** Telecom experience
Requirements: ** Previous MSP experience ** Full UK Driving License
