As a Senior Tech Lead at BairesDev, you will drive technical excellence and innovation in our Java & Spring Boot projects. You'll lead development teams, make key architectural decisions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality enterprise solutions while fostering a culture of technical excellence.

What You Will Do

• Lead the technical direction and architecture of enterprise Java & Spring Boot applications.
• Guide and mentor development teams while fostering professional growth.
• Drive the implementation of best practices and development standards.
• Oversee system design and technical decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Ensure quality, security, and scalability across all projects.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot development.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
• In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong experience in application security best practices.
• Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
• Expertise in both back-end development and microservices architecture.
• Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
• Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
• Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, time estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
