The Role
We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer with an interest in DevOps to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the technical landscape and can provide a strategic, birds-eye view on technology decisions while also being involved in hands-on in implementation.
The Company

Responsibilities
- Ruby on Rails Development.
- Manage Linode infrastructure, including installing packages and performing updates.
- Implement and configure caching solutions to optimize performance.
- Handle AWS permissions and infrastructure management.
- Utilize Capistrano for deployment automation.
- Ensure best practices in CI/CD, security, and system monitoring.
- Collaborate with a small team, contributing ideas.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails development.
- DevOps experience, with experience managing infrastructure and deployments.
- Familiarity with Linode, including installing packages and system updates.
- Experience with AWS, particularly in managing permissions and cloud resources.
- Capistrano experience for deployment automation.
