What You’ll Do
Join a 5-person elite strike team that lives and codes together in a high-performance house. This isn’t a 9-to-5 gig—it’s a 6-month sprint to dominate the market.
• Develop full-stack solutions: Build intuitive front-end interfaces using React (or similar) alongside robust Python backends.
• Build AI agents like a machine:
- Code Candidate Engagement Bots (GPT-4o + real-time sentiment analysis).
- Architect self-healing data pipelines (GCP BigQuery + Azure Logic Apps).
- Ship hot-swappable AI models (DeepSeek, OpenAI) with zero downtime.
• Optimize for speed:
- Slash inference costs by 40%+ via quantization, caching, and vLLM.
- Crush deadlines: We ship features weekly, not quarterly.
• Collaborate or own it:
- Work in LangGraph-driven workflows and be prepared to debug at 2 AM.
- You’re expected to be self-reliant and proactive—learning new tech on the fly is a given.
Who You Are
You’re a coding gladiator—hungry, fast, and allergic to mediocrity. You’re as comfortable architecting full-stack systems as you are diving deep into AI/ML. You know React for dynamic front-ends and Python for scalable back-end logic, and you live for rapid, high-impact results.

• Code velocity: You ship production-grade code in hours, not days.
• Full-stack expertise: Experience with React (or similar) and backend frameworks in Python.
• AI/ML chops: Hands-on with OpenAI, vector DBs, and PyTorch (bonus: RLHF).
• Cloud-native: You’ve built scalable pipelines on Azure/GCP and are comfortable with distributed systems.
• Problem-solving instinct: You debug distributed systems blindfolded.
• Resilience: You thrive under extreme pressure and 24/7 intensity.
