Vibes Meet LLC is seeking a visionary **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** to lead the technical strategy and execution of our innovative social networking platform. This is a **full-time role** working directly with the **Founder/CEO** to bring **VibesMeet.com** to global success. The platform has been in development for the past **three years**, and we are now at a critical growth phase, preparing for launch, scaling, and securing investment.  

We need a **highly skilled and entrepreneurial CTO** who is ready to take full ownership of the technology stack and product roadmap. **This role starts as equity-based**, with **salary commencing after investment is secured (expected this year).**

## **Key Responsibilities**  

As the **CTO of Vibes Meet LLC**, you will:  

### **🚀 Technology Leadership & Development**  

✅ Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of **VibesMeet.com** across web and mobile (React.js, Django, React Native).  

✅ Ensure the platform is **scalable, high-performance, and secure** using **AWS** best practices.  

✅ Oversee the **end-to-end mobile app publishing process** on **Apple App Store & Google Play Store**.  

✅ Implement **AI/ML-powered features** for personalized recommendations, content moderation, and engagement optimization.  

✅ Lead **database design & cloud infrastructure management** for a seamless user experience.  

### **📈 Startup Growth & Scaling**  

✅ Work closely with the **Founder/CEO** to define the **technology roadmap** and **go-to-market strategy**.  

✅ Optimize **product-market fit** and rapidly iterate features based on user feedback.  

✅ Ensure **continuous integration & deployment (CI/CD)** pipelines for fast and reliable releases.  

✅ Implement **data analytics & AI-driven insights** to drive engagement, monetization, and retention.

✅ Translate business vision into a **world-class tech product** with seamless user experience.  

✅ Build **AI-driven chatbots, recommendation engines, or personalization features**.  

✅ Stay updated with **emerging trends** (Web3, AR/VR, AI, Blockchain) to future-proof the platform.  

✅ Ensure the **best UX/UI design** with React.js and React Native.  

### **🛠️ Team Building & Mentorship**  

✅ Hire, mentor, and scale a world-class **tech team** as we secure funding.  

✅ Establish best practices for **code quality, security, and DevOps**.  

✅ Foster a **strong engineering culture** with a focus on speed, agility, and innovation.  

### **💰 Fundraising & Business Development**  

✅ Support **pitching to investors** by showcasing the **technical vision and scalability** of Vibes Meet.  

✅ Prepare **product demos, MVP enhancements, and AI/ML-driven innovations** to attract funding.  

✅ Work closely with **business, marketing, and sales** teams to align technology with growth strategy.

## **Required Qualifications**  

### **🌟 Technical Expertise**  

✔ **Expert in AWS Cloud** (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFront, IAM, Route 53, Kubernetes, etc.).  

✔ **Full-Stack Development:** Python/Django (backend), React.js (frontend), React Native (mobile).  

✔ **AI/ML Development:** Experience in **Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, or AI-driven features**.  

✔ **DevOps & Security:** Strong experience with **CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and security best practices**.  

✔ **Database Mastery:** PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).  

✔ **Mobile App Publishing:** Experience deploying to **Apple App Store & Google Play Store**.  

### **🌍 Leadership & Entrepreneurial Mindset**  

✔ **Has previously founded or worked in a startup, ideally as a CTO, Lead Engineer, or Co-Founder.**  

✔ **Experience building & scaling tech products globally** (user engagement, monetization, security).  

✔ **Understands startup growth, funding rounds, and product-market fit.**  

✔ Passionate about working on **VibesMeet.com** until we secure funding.

✔ **Previous successful exits or built a startup from MVP to scale.**  

✔ **Experience with Web3, AR/VR, or Blockchain innovations.**
