Experience
- Strong Rust or Golang
- Experience designing, implementing and maintaining scalable and reliable backend infrastructure
- Experience building with AWS, GCP, Azure with Docker/Kubernetes
- Experience building from the ground up
Nice-to-have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Distributed Systems, Cryptography (or Blockchain is a plus)
