About Us: Bloom Again Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing rapid-response financial assistance to economically vulnerable women when they encounter medical challenges. Our mission is to ensure that women in need can focus on their health and well-being without the added stress of financial instability. Through our programs, we offer support that helps women bloom again, fostering resilience and hope in our community.


Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Nonprofit Administrator as an Independent Contractor to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit administration and a passion for our mission. This role is crucial in ensuring our organization's smooth and efficient functioning.


Work Hours: Flexible up to 4-5 hours per week with approximately 20 hours per month.


Job Responsibilities:

●       Conduct research and outreach to nonprofits for financial literacy workshops.

●       Order collateral materials as needed.

●       Log Off-Line donations and send receipts to donors.

●       Create and distribute Monthly Donation Reports for board review.

●       Develop and distribute email campaigns.

●       Schedule email and mail marketing campaigns for up to a year.

●       Manage and post regularly on all Bloom Again Foundation’s social media platforms.

●       Design invites/fliers for Bloom Again events and posts as necessary.

●       Maintain an accurate list of partner agencies, contracts, and contact information.

●       Research partner organization events to ensure Bloom Again Board participation.

●       Complete the necessary steps for onboarding new partners.

●       Schedule follow-ups for giftee outcomes after a gift award is made.

●       Work with the accountant to ensure proper coding of expenses and income.

●       Review and work with the Treasurer to distribute monthly financial statements and donation reports for BOD meetings.

●       Other administrative duties as required to support the nonprofit organization.


Required Skills/Qualifications:

●       Excellent writing and speaking skills.

●       Punctual, prompt, and responsive.

●       Goal-oriented and able to multitask without losing attention to detail.

●       Organized and social media savvy on all platforms.

●       Ability to build relationships with partners and foundations.

●       Experience working with a nonprofit organization.

●       Proficiency in email management systems (e.g., Constant Contact, MailChimp).

●       Skilled in event marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Linktree, TicketLeap).

●       Experience with accounting programs (e.g., QuickBooks).

●       High proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, Google Docs, and online databases.


Compensation: $26.00 per hour
