🔎 What to Expect

Exciting challenges ahead! To further develop the 🖥️ IT system Risk Method Pool, the 📊 central credit risk calculation core, large implementation packages are planned as ⚙️ Change Visions. These will be implemented in an 🤝 agile collaboration model with the business department, addressing the bank’s 🏦 diverse and varied requirements.

💡 In this context, you will take on 🔄 process activities in software development and maintenance, focusing on the 💻 technical conception and realization of ☕ Java-based applications within a 📡 distributed Big Data architecture.

Your role includes:

✅ Conducting functional analyses and developing 📌 pragmatic solutions with Business Analysts.

✅ Participating in 🧪 testing processes.

✅ Ensuring compliance with 📜 regulatory requirements (e.g., 🔍 compliance checks) to maintain high 🏅 quality standards.

✅ Contributing ✨ ideas for tool enhancement and process optimization, documented within the 📚 framework management.

🛠️ What You Bring

👨‍💻 Several years of experience in 🖥️ application development, particularly with ☕ Java and 📦 Java Batch Processing.

🏗️ A good understanding of 🛠️ software architecture principles.

📐 Confidence in 📲 application design and operation, as well as familiarity with 📌 agile methodologies, 🔁 Scrum, or ⚖️ scaled frameworks like SAFe.

🔗 Proficiency in 📦 SCM and Continuous Integration tools (e.g., 🛠️ GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus).

🚀 Experience with 🐘 Hadoop, 🦜 Scala, and 🔥 Apache Spark is a plus, but not mandatory—we provide 🎓 training and continuous learning opportunities in these technologies.
