React Native Developer (remote, EU anywhere)

We are hiring an experienced React Native engineer (usually 5+ years of experience) for a fully remote position in Europe. We are an e-commerce company transitioning to writing universal apps, so familiarity with Next.js and good SEO practices is very helpful. The ideal candidate is someone with experience and technical skills in the following areas: 

Experience: 

• collaborating with and encouraging feedback from team members
• maintaining good design and code practices 
• managing and monitoring production systems 
• taking a project from concept to safe launch into production 
• breaking down projects into iterative steps 
• validating whether plans and implementation meet business needs 
• using agile software development processes 

Technical skills: 

• React Native framework (0.70+) 
• React.js framework (18+) 
• Figma 
• Automated testing (Jest, Playwright) 
• Website performance optimization 

Preferred experience: 

• Next.js framework (14+) 
• Universal apps (React Native Web, Tamagui)
• Writing design documents defining project requirements and milestones 
• Google Tag Manager integration 
• Maintaining SEO metadata structure
