Were looking for a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist with Finnish (C2) to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal! If you have experience for ad optimization and Google Ads, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Permanent Contract (180 days probation).

Role Overview
- Optimize digital advertising campaigns for a leading video streaming platform.
- Analyze ad performance and implement data-driven strategies.
- Ensure campaign efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance advertising solutions.
- Finnish C2 & English B2.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in ad optimization (preferably Google Ads).
- Strong analytical skills & experience with Excel assessments.
- Ability to work Monday Friday, 9 AM 6 PM.

- WLA (Work Language Assessment)

- Operations Round
- HR Interview
Permanent Contract (180 days probation).

- Assistance with NIF & NISS (tax & social security).
