About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for developing innovative packaging designs that stand out on the shelves and resonate with consumers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your designs will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching packaging designs for FMCG brands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including branding, marketing, and production.
• Develop concepts from initial sketches to final production-ready artwork.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and design innovations.

Requirements:

• A strong portfolio showcasing FMCG packaging design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English or Spanish (both preferred but not essential).
• Willingness to relocate to Madrid (visa support provided, but relocation costs are not covered).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with global FMCG brands.
• Knowledge of print production processes and packaging materials.
