We are looking for a Business Development Associate to identify and engage with gaming companies across Eastern Europe, focusing on Belarus, Ukraine, and Poland. If you have a passion for Web3, gaming, and strategic partnerships, this role is for you!
- Research and map out gaming companies in Belarus, Ukraine, and Poland.
- Identify key decision-makers and establish initial contact with potential partners.
- Develop and nurture relationships with gaming studios, publishers, and esports organizations.
- Explore partnership opportunities that align with Web3, blockchain gaming, and sports-fi initiatives.
- Assist in crafting outreach strategies, proposals, and business presentations.
- Track outreach efforts, maintain CRM records, and provide regular progress updates.
- Strong research and analytical skills with a strategic approach to business development.
- Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally in gaming or Web3.
- Understanding of the gaming industry, esports ecosystem, and blockchain gaming trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of managing multiple outreach efforts independently.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Russian, Ukrainian, or Polish is a plus.
