Job Responsibilities
- Coordination and management of product development activities, in agreement with the manager
- Responsibility for the initiation of projects, their planning and the strategies to be used, project management and analysis of the consistency of results with commercial requirements, going through the various stages of product development
- Review product design and recommend changes to management
- Develop best practices to optimize product development procedures
- Identify areas for improvement and concerns and recommend improvements
- Oversee product development activities within allotted budget and timelines
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- Similar experience in the same sector, (6-7 years)
- Strong problem-solving, analysis, planning, tracking, and organizational skills
- Collaborative and results-oriented team player
- Written and oral fluency in English is a must
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
