Business Analyst

·        Collaborate with customers to integrate the TAINA Platform into their systems and processes.

·        Engage with stakeholders on technical, operational, and business process matters.

·        Define requirements for the delivery team in collaboration with subject matter experts.

·        Validate new feature requirements internally and externally.

·        Ensure timely and effective data migration exercises.

·        Work with the delivery team to clarify BDD requirements and acceptance criteria.

·        Oversee the acceptance phase of new platform features and prepare for deployment.

·        Build and maintain strong client relationships.

·        Participate in demos for prospective and current clients.

·        Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

·        Experience:

o Minimum 1 year as a Business Analyst (ideally in financial services or regulatory technology)

o Shows ability to understand complex software systems and use cases

o Familiarity with tax compliance, regulatory frameworks, and financial standards (preferred).

o Strong SQL skills and experience in data analysis and visualization.

o Proficient in Figma for creating intuitive mockups, prototypes, and drawing out solutions
