We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to identify, engage, and qualify candidates for high-profile hiring projects. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a background in marketing or eCommerce who wants to develop skills in recruiting, talent sourcing, and LinkedIn outreach.

Key Responsibilities🔹 Candidate Sourcing & Outreach

  • Use LinkedIn, job boards, and direct headhunting to find top candidates.
  • Send 250 highly targeted outreach messages per week.
  • Use research tools, Boolean searches, and company databases to identify hidden talent.
  • Personalize messages to increase response rates (goal: 25-35%).

🔹 Screening & Candidate Qualification

  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience and fit.
  • Ensure 20+ qualified candidates are passed to recruiters per week.
  • Maintain pipeline health with 5-7 strong candidates per open role.

🔹 Data & ATS Management

  • Keep 100% ATS compliance, logging and tagging all sourced candidates correctly.
  • Provide weekly reports on outreach performance, conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness.

✅ How to source passive candidates (those who aren’t actively job searching).


Who You Are (Ideal Candidate Profile)

Marketing, eCommerce, or business background (agency experience is a plus!).

✅ Strong research skills – you can quickly find and analyze information.

Excellent written communication – you can craft messages that get responses.

Highly organized – you can manage outreach and track candidates effectively.

Self-motivated – you can hit outreach and sourcing targets without micromanagement.

Comfortable working remotely and using Slack, Notion, and tracking tools.


Performance Targets (KPIs)

🎯 Outreach Volume → 250 per week

🎯 Response Rate → 25-35%

🎯 Qualified Candidates Passed to Recruiters → 20+ per week

🎯 Interview-to-Shortlist Ratio → 40-50%

🎯 Shortlist-to-Hire Ratio → 10%+

🎯 Pipeline Health → 5-7 solid candidates per open role

🎯 ATS Compliance → 100%


Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary:

  • Entry-Level (No Recruiting Experience)$850- 950 USD/month
  • With Some Experience (Sourcing, Recruiting, Sales, etc.)$1,000 USD/month
  • Performance Bonuses for successful placements & high outreach-to-interview ratios.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, aligned with 16:00 - 00:00 GMT+2 (Kyiv Time)
