Job Summary: As a Market Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research and analysis to support our marketing initiatives and drive strategic decision-making. Your insights will contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies and expansion plans based on comprehensive data evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research Reports:

- Create detailed research reports that provide insights into market trends, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior.

- Present findings in a clear and actionable format for stakeholders across the organization.

• Data Analysis & A/B Testing:

- Analyze marketing data to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Strategic Planning:

- Develop strategies for market expansion based on analyzed data, including identifying new market segments and potential growth areas.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement these strategies effectively.

• Demographic Evaluation:

- Evaluate and interpret data spreadsheets containing demographic information to better understand target audiences.

- Use demographic insights to refine marketing approaches and enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Market Analyst or similar role, preferably in cryptocurrency.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• This is a fully remote position.
• The compensation will pay in $PAC the native coin of Pactus.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology is a valuable asset.
