Your work will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring a frictionless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces for a financial wellness platform.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and content teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Translate complex financial data into digestible and engaging visual elements.
- Iterate on existing designs to refine the overall aesthetic and usability based on user feedback.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, particularly in web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Figma (we are open to other design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
- Experience designing for web and mobile applications, with a deep understanding of responsive design.
- Ability to simplify complex data into intuitive, engaging UI components.
- Knowledge of UX research practices and ability to incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
- Understanding of Agile UX methodologies is a plus.
- Experience working in FinTech, HRTech, or open banking applications.
- Familiarity with Flutter-based front-end development (not required, but helpful).
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
