🔹 What You’ll Be Working On:

✅ Smart Contracts & Tokenization – Build Solidity-based smart contracts for athlete-backed tokens, staking, and NFT utilities.

✅ Web3 Integration – Connect blockchain transactions using Ethers.js / Web3.js for seamless user experiences.

✅ Full-Stack Development – Develop an intuitive UI (React/Next.js) and scalable backend (Node.js/TypeScript).

✅ Security & Gas Optimization – Write efficient, secure smart contracts optimized for gas fees.

✅ Shaping the Product – Collaborate on platform design, strategy, and feature roadmap as an early team member.

🛠 Who We’re Looking For:

🔹 Experience in Solidity & Smart Contracts (DeFi, NFT, or DAO experience is a plus)

🔹 Full-stack skills in React.js / Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript

🔹 Ethereum, Polygon, or other EVM-compatible chains experience

🔹 Familiarity with wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.)

🔹 Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment with minimal supervision

🔹 Passion for sports, Web3, and disrupting the traditional sports industry
