About the Role

We are recruiting directly for a prestigious international client—a leading financial institution in Germany. As part of the IT Workplace Solutions Team, you will support IT professionals and business units by driving innovative solutions for Unified Communications & Mobile Devices. You will be the key contact for internal stakeholders, managing an exciting portfolio and coordinating new features and ongoing development of collaboration solutions across the KfW Bankengruppe and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Act as the primary point of contact for internal customers in the area of Unified Communications & Mobile Devices.

✔️ Oversee the development and continuous enhancement of collaboration solutions such as Cisco Webex and M365.

✔️ Coordinate the introduction of new features and ensure efficient application lifecycle management.

✔️ Work as a Scrum Product Owner and drive backlog prioritization within an agile SAFe environment.

✔️ Support the development of product visions and roadmaps within the IT Workplace Solutions Team.

✔️ Align technical and functional requirements between internal business units and development teams.

✔️ Leverage industry best practices to optimize the design and service operation of applications.

Requirements

🖥 Unified Communications & Collaboration: Expertise in IP telephony, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, M365, and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.

🔧 Strong understanding of cloud-based collaboration tools, network infrastructures, and enterprise communication systems.

🛠 Experience in integrating collaboration tools with enterprise IT landscapes, including Active Directory, Exchange, and security policies.

📊 Hands-on experience with Scrum, SAFe, JIRA, Confluence, and ITILv3 methodologies.

⚙️ Knowledge of data protection regulations, authentication mechanisms (SSO, MFA), and secure collaboration environments.

🎓 Degree in IT, Business Informatics, or Banking. Equivalent qualifications and career changers are welcome!

🔍 Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into practical, business-oriented solutions.

🗣️ Languages: German (B2) and fluent English.
