iGaming Operations Manager

A client of Jobwhyze LTD seeks for an analytical iGaming Operations Manager to oversee and optimize operations in the South Korean market.

The role combines product marketing, CRM, analytics, and user growth strategies.

The ideal candidate has experience in casino management, A/B testing, white-label platforms, and tools like Tableau, Hotjar, and GA.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Strategy & Competitive Analysis

• Monitor and analyze the South Korean iGaming market, tracking competitors, trends, and regulations.
• Create competitive analysis reports, benchmarking retention, acquisition, and product strategies.
• Provide insights to enhance UX, optimize promotions, and identify growth opportunities.

User Acquisition, Retention & CRM

• Develop data-driven retention strategies to boost LTV, reduce churn, and improve engagement.
• Collaborate with CRM teams to optimize segmentation, funnels, and promotions.
• Manage Telegram casino operations, driving engagement and acquisition with crypto strategies.
• Lead bonus optimization and loyalty program improvements to maximize player value.

Analytics, A/B Testing & Tools

• Conduct A/B tests to improve KPIs (ARPPU, MAU, DAU, GGR, NGR, conversion rates).
• Build dashboards with Tableau, Hotjar, GA, and BI tools for tracking.
• Use SumSub and fraud tools for user verification and compliance.
• Collaborate with game/platform providers to optimize portfolio, lobby, and promotions.
• Ensure smooth operation of white-label platforms, focusing on UX/UI and fraud prevention, especially for crypto and high-risk markets.
• Optimize onboarding and KYC flows using SumSub.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and performance reports.
• Liaise between South Korean market and global teams for strategy alignment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in iGaming operations, product marketing, or casino management.
• Strong knowledge of iGaming metrics (GGR, NGR, ARPPU, LTV, CAC, churn).
• Experience with marketing funnels, CRM tools, retention strategies, and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Hotjar, SumSub, Google Analytics, and BI tools.
• Familiarity with white-label platforms, game providers, and payment solutions.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
• Experience with Telegram casinos, crypto gambling, and community acquisition models.
• Strong knowledge of acquisition channels and social media (Telegram, Discord).
• Fluency in English and Korean is a plus.
