Java Developer – 3-Month Contract (Extension Available) – Fully Remote (Romania)
We’re seeking an experienced Java Developer to join a fast-growing online eCommerce brand as they continue to expand. You’ll be working within an agile squad focusing on checkout flow, discoverability, and customer retention, helping to develop and enhance critical backend services.
This is an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension. The role is fully remote, based in Romania.
Java Developer Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring.
- Experience working in backend development within production environments.
- Familiarity with MongoDB, Kubernetes, Redis, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to develop customer-focused features and break down requirements into incremental deliverables.
- Experience in enhancing platform performance, scalability, and monitoring.
- Capability to diagnose and resolve production issues collaboratively.
Java Developer Desirable Skills:
- Experience with AWS is a plus.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies in development pipelines and improve processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development.
