Performance Test Lead - 100% remote from Europe

WEBTEK GLOBAL has received an exciting opportunity 100% full remote and very long term opportunity for a Lead Performance Tester with strong Team Lead experience together with previous experience with jmeter, AWS and SonarQube is essential.

As Lead Performance Tester, you will define Performance testing objectives and scope, design a Performance Test plan strategy together with develop Performance test scripts and Scenarios.

Plus configure and manage the Performance test environment, assessing the service level agreement and objectives. Also identify testing parameters

Key Responsibilities:

• Define performance testing objectives, scope, and strategy
• Develop and execute performance test scripts and scenarios
• Configure and manage the performance test environment
• Assess SLAs and performance objectives
• Identify key testing parameters to optimize system efficiency
• Lead and mentor the performance testing team, ensuring best practices and quality standards are met

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Team Lead in Performance Testing
• Strong hands-on expertise in JMeter
• Proficiency in AWS for cloud-based performance testing
• Experience with SonarQube for code quality and performance analysis
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to testing
