Back End Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Back-End Developer to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for designing and developing robust database structures, creating and managing APIs, and building a scalable admin panel for CRM systems. This role requires deep expertise in backend technologies, API development, and third-party integrations.

• Develop and maintain scalable and secure databases, API endpoints, and backend logic.
• Design and implement a powerful admin panel for the CRM to manage properties, bookings, and user data efficiently.
• Integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, property listing platforms, and CRM tools).
• Optimize database performance, indexing, and query efficiency to handle high-traffic applications.
• Ensure data security and implement best practices for user authentication, encryption, and compliance.
• Work closely with front-end developers and stakeholders to align backend functionality with business needs.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in the backend infrastructure.
• Automate workflows and build efficient data pipelines.
• Communicate with external service providers for API integrations and system improvements.

✔ 5+ years of experience in backend development.

✔ Strong proficiency in Node.js, Laravel, PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL.

✔ Experience with RESTful API development, webhooks, and real-time data processing.

✔ Familiarity with AWS, Firebase, or cloud-based architectures.

✔ Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker is a plus.

✔ Strong knowledge of security best practices, data encryption, and compliance standards.

✔ Experience in admin panel development for CRM and backend dashboards.

✔ Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance.

✔ Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work independently.
