Founding Engineer - Blockchain

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Founding Engineer - Blockchain - this is a fully remote role, but candidates need to be based between UTC to UTC +8 timezones.

We are building the first abstraction layer to aggregate and unify economic security across shared security protocols. Our goal is to simplify the process of building and managing AVSs by providing a seamless, unified solution for AVS developers and node operators.

We're looking for exceptional cracked engineers to join us at the earliest stage. As a Founding Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technology, product and culture of the company.

What You'll Do

• Architect, build and deploy core infrastructure and applications
• Work across the stack, from Solidity smart contracts to Golang backend services to DevOps and cloud infrastructure
• Own features end-to-end, from design to implementation and production monitoring
• Collaborate closely with the CTO & founding team on strategic technical decisions
• Set best practices for security, scalability and maintainability
• Help build and scale a world-class engineering team
  
  
  

Requirements

Proficiency in Go (required)

Experience with cosmos-sdk is important

Basic understanding of Solidity & EVM is a big plus

A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience as a software Engineer

Prior experience at an early-stage startup or building products from scratch is a plus.
