Develocraft is looking for a Business Analyst for one of our international clients.
B2B contract – up to 100 PLN net / h

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a distributed, international team,
- Experience in designing and implementing products and business applications,
- Very good communication skills, initiative, independence, ability to make decisions, solve problems,
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including a deep understanding of customers' business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements,
- Independence in designing complex systems, functions and processes for customers,
- Very good knowledge of English B2/C1 and Polish,
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum/Kanban methodology,
- Knowledge of good UX/UI practices will be an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with development team and business stakeholders to clarify work requests, overcome design obstacles, and make timely decisions,
- Transform business requests and ideas into technical requirements that can be implemented, including filling any gaps,
- Responsible for delivering platform functionality from business idea inception to final production testing,
- Identify development risks and contingency plans,
- Manage requirements changes, anticipate inconsistencies,
- Responsible for product backlog,
- Participate in roadmap exercises to develop capabilities that address business needs,
- Find opportunities for new features,
- Solve design issues, develop clear action plans to resolve the issue, monitor results.
