Business Analyst

Develocraft is looking for a Business Analyst for one of our international clients.

B2B contract – up to 100 PLN net / h

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a distributed, international team,
• Experience in designing and implementing products and business applications,
• Very good communication skills, initiative, independence, ability to make decisions, solve problems,
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including a deep understanding of customers' business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements,
• Independence in designing complex systems, functions and processes for customers,
• Very good knowledge of English B2/C1 and Polish,
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum/Kanban methodology,
• Knowledge of good UX/UI practices will be an asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with development team and business stakeholders to clarify work requests, overcome design obstacles, and make timely decisions,
• Transform business requests and ideas into technical requirements that can be implemented, including filling any gaps,
• Responsible for delivering platform functionality from business idea inception to final production testing,
• Identify development risks and contingency plans,
• Manage requirements changes, anticipate inconsistencies,
• Responsible for product backlog,
• Participate in roadmap exercises to develop capabilities that address business needs,
• Find opportunities for new features,
• Solve design issues, develop clear action plans to resolve the issue, monitor results.
