Job Description:
- Location: Fully remote, Central Europe Time Zone
- Start date: ASAP
- Languages: English is mandatory
- Automation:
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for efficient network management, utilizing Python (Netmiko), Ansible, Bash/Shell, and other relevant technologies.
- Administration:
- Design, implement, and manage secure and reliable LAN, WAN, and VoIP infrastructures.
- Configure and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, voice gateways, and monitoring tools.
- Deployment:
- Conduct final testing and deployment of LAN/WAN and VoIP solution
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for deployed solutions.
- Oversee Data Center design, project management, and implementation, adhering to PRINCE2 methodology.
- Operational Support:
- Provide Tier 2 support, including request fulfillment, incident resolution, problem resolution, and preventive maintenance for VoIP services, Data Center LAN, and WAN environments.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols
- Experience with network automation tools and scripting languages (Python, Ansible, Bash/Shell).
- Hands-on experience with network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers).
- Knowledge of VoIP technologies and protocols.
- Familiarity with Data Center design and management.
- Project management experience, preferably with PRINCE2 methodology.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
