- 3+ years of experience developing websites using Typescript with React.js/Next.js frameworks.
- Hands-on experience integrating wallets using ethers.js, viem, or solana-web3.js libraries.
- Understanding of smart contracts and experience managing subgraphs.
- Backend development experience using Node.js and databases like MongoDB or PostgresSQL.
- Knowledge of GitHub, Vercel, and AWS for collaboration and deployments.
- Familiarity with the latest AI technologies is a major plus.
- 2+ years of experience developing Solidity smart contracts for EVM environments.
- Experience building DeFi, NFT, and custom contracts using Foundry or Hardhat frameworks.
- Strong skills in testing, analysis, and security optimization before deployment.
- Knowledge of low-level code and gas optimizations is a significant advantage.
- 2+ years of experience developing Rust programs for Solana's Virtual Machine (SVM).
- Expertise in building DeFi, NFT, and custom contracts using the Anchor framework.
- Experience working with Metaplex and NFT-related frameworks is highly valued.
- Ability to conduct thorough testing and security analysis before deployment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving and the ability to plan before executing development tasks.
- Responsible, professional, and communicative in a 100% remote environment.
- Willingness to learn and apply cutting-edge technologies.
- A shared passion for Web3 and its potential to create positive change.
