Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

Equity: 10% of 1st-year salary in share options

The Role:

As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining their core applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-performance solutions, ensuring best practices in development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimise Ruby on Rails applications
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance best practices
• Lead the development of new features and improvements
• Debug and troubleshoot issues efficiently

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
