Machine Learning Engineer (NLP)

• Participate in data collection and preprocessing for model training.
• Develop and optimize machine translation models.
• Conduct experiments to improve translation quality.
• Implement reinforcement learning algorithms and other modern ML techniques.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate models into production.
• Monitor model performance and fine-tune them on new data.
  

• At least 2 years of experience in machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, FastAPI).
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and transformer models (BERT, GPT, Claude).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of DevOps principles and experience in deploying ML models is a plus.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
• Willingness to learn and grow in machine learning and AI.
• Good communication skills in Russian and English.
