ML Engineer (NLP) for Translator Development

- Participate in data collection and preprocessing for model training.
- Develop and optimize machine translation models.
- Conduct experiments to improve translation quality.
- Implement reinforcement learning algorithms and other modern ML techniques.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate models into production.
- Monitor model performance and fine-tune them on new data.
- At least 2 years of experience in machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, FastAPI).
- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and transformer models (BERT, GPT, Claude).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Understanding of DevOps principles and experience in deploying ML models is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Willingness to learn and grow in machine learning and AI.
- Good communication skills in Russian and English.
