- NET Fullstack Developer (Remote – LATAM)

As a .NET Fullstack Developer, you’ll be a key contributor to our delivery team, bringing expertise in coding, architecture, and leadership to help us drive impactful solutions. This is a 100% remote opportunity, open to developers across Latin America.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute 90% of your time coding in .NET, React, while supporting your team for the remaining 10%.
- Lead by example with best coding practices, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Debug and troubleshoot applications, ensuring seamless performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery of projects.
- Commit code daily, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- A proactive developer who thrives in small, agile teams with autonomy and creativity.
- You value rapid iteration, continuous feedback, and collaboration, working comfortably in an evolving environment.
- You have a strong bias for action and love problem-solving independently, but know when to ask for help.
- Passionate about delivering a WOW experience to clients, you believe in taking ownership and delivering exceptional results.
- Proven experience in .NET, React, and Azure.
- Experience with RESTFul service
- Proficiency in database technologies like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with Scrum methodologies and working in agile teams.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
