Agile Transformation Lead – Agile, Transformation, Big Data, Value Streams, Financial Services – UK/Estonia - paying up to €800-900 p.d.
Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation are seeking a talented Agile Transformation Lead to join their organisation on an initial 6-month contract. Their headquarters are based in Estonia, the role is fully remote for now but travel once a month to Estonia is required.
The company is currently undergoing a full-scale organisational transformation, so they are looking for someone to drive this change, transitioning from a waterfall delivery model to agile delivery, ensuring increased productivity and promoting the new way of working.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in agile transformation within financial services (banking is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and teams at all levels.
