Creative Director, eCommerce

Title: eCommerce Creative Director

Location: Durham/Chapel Hill Area, NC (Hybrid Office Schedule, 3 Days/Week in office)

Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, our client is hiring a Creative Director to join the effort in modernizing and optimizing the eCommerce site and digital product listings.

Position Summary

• Drive the creative vision for the brand and eCommerce site.
• Evaluate and recommend UX improvements on the site to improve key KPIs such as conversion, abandon rate, time spent on site, etc.
• Lead the creative team and guide the external agencies ensuring your creative vision is met.
• Develop eCommerce guidelines for product photography/imagery and consult as needed with proprietary in-house product marketing and packaging

Skills/Requirements

• BA in Graphic/Art and 3+ years of art direction or design experience
• Deep understanding of customer experience, brand management, marketing, advertising, copywriting, storytelling and e-commerce product listings
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Knows how to optimize images and designs for various digital platforms
