Senior Product Manager

About the Role

Gleam Games is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development and success of our gaming products. This role offers a global perspective, requiring collaboration with cross-functional international teams. Fluency in English is essential, as you’ll be working across borders to ensure alignment between creative vision and business objectives. For qualified candidates, we offer relocation support to Istanbul.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our gaming projects, define product strategies, and work closely with development, design, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and player needs.
• Collaborate with global teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of products and features.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute product strategies and deliver exceptional gaming experiences.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing player behavior, market trends, and performance metrics.
• Manage production timelines, resolve roadblocks, and maintain clear communication across teams.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to plan sprints and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
• Ensure transparency by documenting project goals, milestones, and updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management or production, ideally in gaming or a related field.
• Fluent English proficiency is mandatory, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and production tools like Jira or Trello.
• A passion for gaming and a keen awareness of player needs and industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
