Our client, a rapidly growing HRTech B2B SaaS company headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to take a pivotal role in shaping their product vision and delivery. Product Development and Delivery
- Understand customer needs and industry challenges to identify potential solutions.
- Develop comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) outlining proposed features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and refine product concepts.
- Lead the ideation and design process for new features and enhancements.
- Translate product strategies into actionable roadmaps with clear timelines.
- Oversee the feature development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on product progress.
- Define and track success metrics for product features post-launch.
- Use data-driven insights and user feedback to implement iterative improvements.
- Manage and mentor the product development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Align team efforts with organizational goals and ensure seamless communication across functions.
- Identify skill gaps and provide opportunities for professional development within the team.
- At least 7 years of product development experience, leading product managers in a technology-focused or SaaS companies.
- Having background in SaaS or B2B product management.
- Having experience in software development or engineering.
- Knowledge of product analytics tools, including data visualization tools such as Looker, Metabase
- Strong experience in managing cross-functional projects and teams.
- Excellent in English proficiency, especially in communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to create detailed, actionable specifications from high-level ideas.
- Skilled in using data to guide decisions and prioritize initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
