Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design stunning user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Deeply understand client business needs and be able to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to clients and team members.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure the successful implementation of designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and validate design decisions. Be effective at gathering user feedback to continually improve designs
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the design process
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to projects
- Intuitive design understanding of UI and UX and expertise with design software
- Ability to manage rapid design iterations, changing requirements, context shifting, and balancing diverse needs.
- Work collaboratively and effectively with stakeholders with varying opinions and technical backgrounds. Be comfortable engaging in constructive criticism
- Impact: hands-on experience with new product development, opportunity to influence the early stages of Space Inch's Design team
