Archer GRC Expert

Description

We seek a motivated IT Support Engineer for our UAE based client with a solid understanding of the Archer GRC tool to join our dynamic team. This role involves hands-on management and implementation of Archer GRC to enhance our cybersecurity infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise and possess 1-5 years of direct experience utilizing the Archer GRC platform, holds an Arabic nationality, and reside in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Archer GRC Administration: Configure, customize, and maintain the Archer GRC tool to align with organizational cybersecurity policies and risk mitigation strategies.
• Technical Support: Provide frontline support to internal users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Archer GRC and other integrated cybersecurity systems.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements within the Archer GRC environment to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen security posture.
• Incident Response: Contribute to the investigation and resolution of cybersecurity incidents, leveraging Archer GRC for analysis and reporting.
• User Training: Conduct training sessions to educate users on Archer GRC functionalities and best practices.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on Archer GRC configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years of proven experience in implementing, managing, and supporting the Archer GRC tool.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, risk management frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel frequently to Riyadh, KSA, for work assignments.

Desired Qualifications:

• Certifications: Relevant IT or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Archer Certified Professional).
• Scripting: Experience in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) for Archer GRC automation.
• Knowledge of Other Tools: Familiarity with complementary cybersecurity tools and systems.
