About the Team

• Fully remote, globally distributed (CEO & CTO in San Francisco, founding engineers across Europe) with quarterly company retreats.

• We’re a diverse team ranging from theoretical physicists to engineers, all of whom have evolved into AI experts covering the full ML lifecycle: cutting-edge Generative AI, data science, data engineering, DevOps, and MLOps.

Current Tech Stack

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Azure and AWS for compute, storage and data management.
• Containers & Automation: Docker and Azure Machine Learning pipelines.
• AI & ML Frameworks: Python is our go-to (PyTorch, diffusers, transformers), with deep dives into generative modeling, diffusion models, and large foundational models.
• OS & Tooling: Linux and macOS development environments.
• Cutting-Edge Concepts: We obsess over generative AI, foundation models, MLOps best practices, model deployment, and automation of the entire ML lifecycle.

About You

• You’re a cocky and extremely talented hacker, anticipating tasks and getting the job done without nudging.
• You’d love to be our MLOps Engineer, an MLOps/DevOps wizard with deep expertise across the entire ML lifecycle.
• You’re proficient in English (we’re a distributed team with international customers).
• You religiously keep up with the latest and greatest in AI and have the desire to work at the absolute cutting edge.
• You thrive in our startup culture: a jack of all trades, master of MLOps, flexible, and hungry for challenges.
