- Architect and Innovate: Design and implement cutting-edge Vue.js solutions, from custom renderers to micro-frontend architectures.
- Optimize and Secure: Master performance optimization, memory management, and advanced security measures like XSS prevention and CSP implementation.
- Build and Automate: Lead the development of robust build systems using Webpack, Vite, and advanced testing strategies.
- Mentor and Inspire: Guide and grow a team of talented front-end developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Set Standards: Establish architectural guidelines, coding standards, and best practices to elevate team performance.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead technical decision-making and introduce innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Shape the Future: Play a pivotal role in defining our technical roadmap and scaling our Vue.js applications.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Vue.js Mastery: Deep understanding of Vue’s reactivity system, virtual DOM, and advanced component lifecycle management.
- State Management: Expertise in Vuex/Pinia, state hydration, and cross-tab synchronization.
- Performance & Security: Proven experience in bundle optimization, memory leak detection, and advanced security implementations.
- Build Systems & Testing: Advanced knowledge of Webpack, Vite, and comprehensive testing strategies.
- Team Leadership: Experience mentoring and managing technical teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- 5-7 years of deep Vue.js expertise
- University degree required
- British citizen or ILR holder
- UK-based (fully remote role)
- A proven track record of architectural leadership and technical innovation.
- Experience with advanced Vue.js patterns like SSR, Nuxt.js, and micro-frontend architectures.
