Dotnet Developer

My client is looking for a skilled .NET/C# Backend Developer to join a transformative government project focused on modernizing systems. This key initiative involves migrating legacy systems to a secure, scalable, and cloud-native Azure platform. You will play a critical role in building APIs and backend structures, employing a Domain-Driven Design (DDD) approach to create a state-of-the-art solution.

Full Remote Role

Hourly Rate: 55-60/hr W2

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable .NET Core solutions, implementing APIs in line with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles for consistency and scalability.
• Work on migration of applications from on-premises systems to Azure cloud-native environments.
• Be a part of design discussions and decision-making regarding module and feature implementations.

Technical Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience working with .NET/C#. (will be using .NET 8)
• Experienced in Azure cloud environments and SQL databases.
• Strong expertise in building APIs.
• Versed in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) frameworks and concepts.
• Experience migrating from on-premises systems to cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of CQRS and Mediator patterns.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or government-related projects (e.g., banking, telecom, government).
• Ability to write detailed unit tests and conduct end-to-end testing of code.
