Job Description
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys working with pre-designed templates while adding creative flair to align with brand standards. You will play a vital role in producing high-quality visuals for various digital and print platforms while ensuring consistency and efficiency in design execution.

- Understand project requirements and concepts.
- Customize and adapt pre-designed templates to create graphics for social media, email campaigns, banners
- Design visual elements images, and illustrations using graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Work within established brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs or Receive and implement feedback to refine and improve designs in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain a centralized library of templates, ensuring files are properly named, version-controlled, and easy for the team to access
- Work closely with senior designers to modify templates for unique projects or campaigns requiring tailored adjustments or collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to conceptualise and execute design requirements
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining a balance between speed and attention to detail
- Adapt templates for multiple formats, including resizing and optimizing for mobile, web, and print
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience) or up to three years of experience as a Junior Designer
- Experience in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience working with design templates and adapting them for various purposes
- Basic understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently within deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously
