Job description:

What You Will Do

• Act as the expert for information security incident detection and response , including managing the vulnerability lifecycle and enhancing incident response capabilities.
• Supervise and coordinate the implementation and operation of state-of-the-art security solutions, driving the evolution of the Security Operations Center (SOC) , Threat Intelligence , and Threat Hunting capabilities.
• Investigate and assess emerging information security trends, including technologies like Machine Learning , to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including emergency response teams, to maintain and improve security infrastructure.
• Maintain contact with relevant specialist groups and forums to stay updated on the latest information security developments.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications & Experience :

• University degree in a relevant discipline (eg, IT Security) or several years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the implementation, operation, and maintenance of information security incident detection and response capabilities within an Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Strong knowledge of the vulnerability management lifecycle and its application in operational environments.
• Proven experience in the design and operation of Security Operations Centers , with exposure to supporting capabilities like Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting.
• Certifications such as CISSP or GCIH are advantageous.

• Strong critical thinking skills, with a methodical, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Effective time management and ability to work under pressure or in emergency situations.

Desirable Experience :

• Exposure to 24/7 high-availability environments .
• Familiarity with advanced security technologies, including cloud and Big Data services .
