We are looking for a skilled Senior Recruiter to join our growing team and help shape the future of recruitment.

Tasks

• Full 180-Degree Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process from the candidate side, including sourcing, interviewing, and successfully placing top talent.
• Build Relationships: Foster long-term connections with candidates in the IT and management sectors.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team to shape recruitment strategies and optimize processes.
• Team Culture: Contribute to the development of a vibrant, results-driven team culture.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in IT or management, with experience in the Swiss market being a plus.
• Independent, Proactive, and Disciplined: You excel in a fast-paced startup environment, bringing a self-motivated, results-driven mindset. Working fully remotely, you take full ownership of your responsibilities, managing your tasks with discipline, autonomy, and a constant focus on delivering results.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools, and openness to leveraging AI technologies.
• Relationship Builder: Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
