Head of London / Europe or US Division - (Base £65-90k - OTE £120k paid on % of team split Quarterly)

I have worked with this business over the past 12 months and have hired from Senior and above consistently - they have their own L&D team that support entry-level talent and are looking for middle management leaders who want to step up into a divisional capacity.

They work UK / US and European markets - and are focused specifically across Technology, servicing DevOps, Engineering, Cyber and Cloud (they are also building an Ai and Data Division).

3 days in the office, based in central London. OTE is double base.

The Role:

• Lead a team of 15 Consultants
• NFI Per consultant circa £170k
• Managing European Markets
• Experience in Tech Preferred
• Specific markets they are open
