Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refine user interfaces and experiences (UI/UX) for our flagship products, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, bioinformaticians, clients and developers to align design solutions with functional requirements and user needs.
  • Conduct user research and prototype testing to gather feedback and improve design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure cohesion across all platforms.
  • Stay informed about design trends and best practices to continuously enhance our product offerings.


Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally working on B2B, administrative interfaces or scientific/technical products.
  • Strong skills in designing complex, data-heavy interfaces with a focus on usability and clarity.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch.
  • Hands-on experience conducting UX research and user testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
  • A passion for simplifying complex workflows and making advanced tools accessible to diverse user groups.
