About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior NLP Engineer to create groundbreaking LLM applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and enhance large language models (LLMs) for various NLP tasks including text generation, language understanding, and conversational AI.
• Implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques for natural language processing and ensure their integration into our product infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into robust NLP solutions.
• Conduct experimental design and hypothesis testing to evaluate model performance and iterate based on results.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in NLP and LLM research to continuously innovate and apply best practices to our projects.
  
  

Who you are:

• Passionate about NLP and experienced in building and deploying large language models.
• Skilled in programming, particularly in Python, and familiar with NLP libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, NLTK, or spaCy.
• Adept at working in fast-paced environments and translating complex technical challenges into actionable solutions.
• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  
  

What you bring:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Linguistics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in NLP or related fields, with a strong focus on machine learning.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Demonstrated experience with model training, LLM fine-tuning, and deployment in a production setup.
