Job Description
We are looking for a talented Data Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the development and maintenance of our data platform. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Keeping our existing data pipelines running smoothly
- Developing new data pipelines using Scala, Spark, and Databricks
- Optimizing the performance of our data platform
- Troubleshooting and resolving data quality issues
- Working with Azure data services, including SQL Database and Azure Data Explorer

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain data pipelines using Scala, Spark, and Databricks
- Optimize the performance of our data platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues
- Work with Azure data services, including SQL Database and Azure Data Explorer
- Keep our existing data pipelines running smoothly
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to develop new features and functionality
- Stay up to date on the latest data engineering technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a data engineer or a related role
- Experience with Scala, Spark, and Databricks
- Experience with Azure data services, including SQL Database and Azure Data Explorer
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with data warehousing and data modeling
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
