Project Associate - UI Design

About the Role

SUPA has partnered with a leading AI solutions company to transform design artifacts into generated code for front-end development. This collaboration leverages web frameworks, user interface libraries, and best practices to train advanced AI models.

We are seeking a Project Associate with a solid background in UI design for an exciting 2-month project. In this role, you’ll lead a team of skilled UI designers to optimize designs, contributing directly to the development of cutting-edge AI-powered design tools that make interfaces website and mobile-ready.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth delivery of highly accurate datasets of UI designs, as quality is critical in training AI models.
• Manage internal timelines and key deliverables while adhering to the client’s requirements.
• Review candidates’ design portfolios to select a team of high-performing UI designers.
• Arrange and conduct training sessions that reflect the project guidelines, including preparing feedback.
• Provide guidance to the team on any challenges and questions via our internal communication platforms, including resolving project-specific queries.
• Perform thorough quality checks for optimal accuracy.

Qualifications

• Adept with Figma software in features, and functionality.
• An academic background in UI Design, Graphic Design, or a similar field.
• Relevant work experience is preferred, though students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Available for a minimum of 24 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. Can include weekends when required to.
• Project management experience and skills in any field or capacity.
• Efficient time management skills to meet and exceed project deliverables.
• A keen eye for design to spot errors and identify areas of optimization.
