Job Description
We are seeking a talented BI/AI Engineer – CRM Analytics with spoken French willing to relocate to or currently located in Brussels, Belgium.
As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between Data Science and Marketing, working with our extensive databases to drive data-informed marketing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Data Scientists by preparing and managing data for predictive models
- Develop and maintain frameworks for model results and performance monitoring
- Perform advanced feature engineering to maximize data value
- Coordinate with IT for new data requirements and warehouse integration
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports, particularly for model performance tracking
- Support TV advertising initiatives through datamart creation and management
- Collaborate with both marketing and technical teams to align business needs with technical solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytical business environment
- Strong SQL expertise (Teradata/Oracle) in BI contexts
- Extensive knowledge of database management and data warehouse concepts
- Proven interest in predictive modeling and machine learning concepts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good spoken French and English
Desired Skills
- Experience with Big Data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Python, Spark)
- Power BI proficiency
